I AM MOVING OUT-OF-STATE. DOES MY ESTATE PLAN WORK IN MY NEW HOME STATE?

Every state has their own laws. It is best to have an Attorney in your new home state look at your estate plan to make sure it complies with the laws of that state. That being said, your estate plan should have no problems being accepted to express your intentions and letting your wishes be known in whatever state you are in.

Note: The above is general information and you should consult with an attorney to answer your personal questions.
